Our payment options include:

Additionally, we work with third-party lenders, such as CareCredit®, to provide you payment options that meet your needs. All payments are due at the time of service. Payment Policy
Parkway Family Dental offers a 90-day payment arrangement for established patients with financial restrictions. Minimum 1/3 down is required at time of service. Two additional monthly payments, not to exceed $350/month, can made on existing balances. A 5-10% discount is available when paying in full.
Patients/Gaurantors will be billed monthly on unpaid balances. Please contact us promptly if you cannot pay your balance. Two notices are mailed to the address on file for any balance exceeding 90 days past due. A warning letter will be given if a third and final past due notice is mailed. Delinquent account balances will be referred to collections if no contact after the third past due notice.
